These terms govern your use of fbmarble.com and any quotation, order, fabrication, or export service arranged with FB Marble & Granite ("FB Marble," "we," "us"). By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotations & Pricing

• Quotes provided via WhatsApp, phone, or our website are estimates based on the information and measurements you provide, and are confirmed after an in-person or on-site review where required.
• The price you're quoted and formally confirmed is the price you'll pay for that order — we do not add hidden charges after confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change for new orders due to material availability and market rates.

Orders & Custom Fabrication

• Because natural stone is cut and finished to order, custom fabrication begins only after your order and specifications are confirmed.
• Natural stone slabs (marble, granite, onyx, travertine) vary in veining, tone, and pattern — this is a natural characteristic of the material, not a defect. Where possible, we encourage clients to view or approve slabs at our yard before fabrication.
• Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, custom specifications, and location.

Export Orders

• Export shipments require a minimum order (typically one 20ft or 40ft container), unless otherwise agreed for select markets.
• We handle export documentation and logistics, but customs clearance, duties, and import regulations in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Website Use

• Our design tools (Room Designer, Color Tipster, Comparison Tool, Edge Visualizers, 3D Gallery) are provided to help you plan your project and are for visualization purposes — actual stone color and veining may vary from on-screen previews.
• Content on fbmarble.com, including product photography and the FB Marble name and logo, belongs to FB Marble & Granite and may not be reused without permission.
