Unfilled Travertine is supplied 20mm / 30mm (custom on request) in a unfilled (natural pores) finish, for floors, wall cladding and outdoor paving.
Origin & Technical Profile
Origin: Imported from Turkey, one of the world's largest exporters of marble and travertine. Most Turkish travertine comes from the Denizli basin in western Turkey, the same geological system that formed the Pamukkale terraces.

Practical note: Vein-cut stone is sawn parallel to the bedding layers, which gives straight stripes; lay all pieces with the stripes running the same way. Unfilled pores give good grip and a rustic look outdoors; avoid it on kitchen counters where food would collect in the holes. Clean with pH-neutral stone soap; on unfilled or tumbled stone, sweep grit regularly so the open pores do not trap dirt.
